1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an EasyGrox account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using EasyGrox on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use EasyGrox.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts are for business use. You may not create more than one account per business entity without a Multi-Location plan.
3. Subscription and Billing
EasyGrox offers paid plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) by default, or in Indian rupees (INR) if you select INR; taxes such as GST or sales tax are added where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund partially-used periods except where required by law or our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use EasyGrox only for lawful business purposes related to a beauty, wellness or grooming business. You agree not to: engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or extract data with automated tools, resell access without permission, upload malicious code, impersonate EasyGrox, or send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
5. Your Data and Content
You retain full ownership of all data you create within EasyGrox — your client database, appointment records and business content. You grant EasyGrox a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your data solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for obtaining client consents. You may export your data at any time; upon account closure it is deleted within 30 days.
6. Platform Availability
EasyGrox targets 99.5% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance, which is communicated at least 24 hours in advance. EasyGrox is not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control. A modern browser and stable internet connection are required.
7. Intellectual Property
EasyGrox, its logo, the leaf mark, the platform interface and all associated software are the intellectual property of EasyGrox and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of EasyGrox IP. The EasyGrox name and leaf mark may not be used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyGrox is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription during that period.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from within the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. EasyGrox may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We encourage resolving disputes through our support team before legal proceedings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
