How does stock update when I sell a product?–
When you add a retail product to a POS transaction and take payment, EasyGrox deducts the quantity automatically. If stock drops below your minimum level an alert appears on your dashboard immediately.
Can I import my product catalog from a spreadsheet?+
Yes. Go to App Settings then Inventory then Import Products. Download the CSV template, fill in your product data and upload. All products are imported in one step.
How do I track which products each staff member sells?+
Every retail sale is attributed to the staff member at the POS. Analytics then Retail then Staff View shows units sold and revenue generated per team member.
Can I set different minimum stock levels per product?+
Yes. Each product has its own minimum stock threshold in its product record. When stock reaches that level an alert appears on your dashboard and in the daily summary.
Does EasyGrox track professional product usage for services?+
Yes. Create internal entries marked as Professional Use Only and log usage from the appointment record after each service for accurate service profitability analysis.
Can I see profit margin per product?+
Yes. Enter a cost price alongside selling price for each product and EasyGrox calculates gross margin. Analytics then Retail then Margin shows your most and least profitable products.
