Unlimited. The Multi-Location plan has no cap on branches. Each location gets its own booking website, staff team, calendar and analytics — all from one owner login.
Is the client database shared across branches?+
Yes. A client who visits multiple branches has one unified profile with complete visit history across all locations, including color formulas and preferences.
Can branch managers see only their own location?+
Yes. Branch Manager access restricts the view to a single assigned location. They see their own calendar, staff, revenue and analytics but cannot access other branches.
Can I update prices across all branches at once?+
Yes. From the owner dashboard, update pricing or services and push to all branches simultaneously. Branch-specific overrides are also supported.
Does each branch get its own booking website?+
Yes. Each branch has its own dedicated booking website with its own unique easygrox.com URL, and every branch is listed in the EasyGrox client directory.
How does consolidated revenue reporting work?+
The owner dashboard shows combined revenue across all branches with drill-down per location. Filter by any date range to see cross-location totals in one report.
