Cookies We Use
eg_session (Strictly Necessary) — maintains your login session, expires when the browser closes, cannot be disabled. eg_preferences (Preference) — remembers UI settings like sidebar state and theme, expires in 12 months, can be disabled. eg_analytics (Analytics) — anonymous usage data to improve features, 12 months, can be disabled. eg_onboarding (Preference) — tracks completed onboarding steps, 6 months, cannot be disabled.
Managing Cookies
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies (eg_session, eg_onboarding) will prevent EasyGrox from functioning correctly. Analytics cookies can be disabled without affecting functionality; preference cookies affect your UI experience but not core features.
Your Booking Website
Your free EasyGrox booking website uses a session cookie to maintain the client booking flow. No advertising or tracking cookies are placed on it. Visitor analytics are collected server-side and displayed only in your EasyGrox dashboard — never shared with third parties.
