Getting Started with EasyGrox Salon Software

Create your account
Visit easygrox.com and click Start Free — No Credit Card. Enter your name, business email and password — no credit card required. You land inside the app instantly.
Add your services and duration
Open Services → Add Service. Enter each service with name, price and accurate duration. These auto-populate your booking website and block the right amount of calendar time.
Add staff and assign services
Create a profile for each team member, set their access level (Owner, Front Desk, Staff) and assign the services they perform so clients can book with them.
Set your opening hours
Configure opening hours, booking lead time and buffer time between appointments so clients can only book when you are genuinely available.
Set up your business profile
Add your business name, logo, address and tax number (such as GST or VAT). This branding powers your free booking website and appears on every receipt.
Preview and publish your booking website
Open the Website tab, preview your auto-generated site, choose your custom URL (yoursalon.easygrox.com), and click Publish. Live in under 60 seconds.
Share your booking link
Add your booking website URL to your Google Business Profile, Instagram bio and WhatsApp status — the three sources that drive the most new bookings.
