When does EasyGrox send a review request?–
A review request is automatically sent 2 to 4 hours after an appointment is marked Completed, while the experience is still fresh for the client.
What happens when a client gives a low rating?+
Ratings of 3 stars or below trigger a private dashboard alert visible only to you. Resolve the issue privately before it reaches Google Reviews or social media.
Do reviews appear on my booking website?+
Top reviews of 4 and 5 stars appear on your EasyGrox booking website automatically. You can choose which reviews to highlight in Website Settings.
How is each staff member rating calculated?+
Every review is linked to the specific staff member who performed the appointment. Individual ratings are averaged per staff member and shown in the Staff Performance report.
Can I customize the review request message?+
Yes. Go to App Settings then Review Management then Request Template. Customize the message with your business name and a personal greeting.
Does EasyGrox send review requests to every client?+
Yes. Every completed appointment triggers a review request by default. You can exclude specific clients or pause the system temporarily in App Settings.
