Does EasyGrox build client profiles automatically?–
Yes. Every booking, visit and payment automatically updates the client profile. No manual data entry needed by your team.
Can I store color formulas per client?+
Yes. Any staff member can add color formulas, treatment notes and skin details to a client profile during or after an appointment, visible to the whole team before every future visit.
How does EasyGrox identify clients at risk of leaving?+
EasyGrox calculates each client average visit interval. When a client exceeds 1.5 times their typical gap without a future booking, they appear in Analytics under At Risk.
Can I import an existing client database?+
Yes. Import clients via CSV from App Settings. The template covers name, phone, email, birthday, last visit and notes. Our support team assists with migration at no charge.
What is the VIP client threshold?+
VIP status is automatically assigned when a client exceeds a spend threshold you set in App Settings. VIP clients get a badge and can be targeted with exclusive campaigns.
Can I merge duplicate client profiles?+
Yes. Select both duplicate profiles in the client list and use the Merge option. All history from both profiles combines into one clean record.
