1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating your account and setting up your business, as well as data generated through your use of the EasyGrox platform. Account information: name, email, password and business details. Business data: services, staff profiles, appointment records, billing, client records, inventory and analytics. Client data you enter belongs entirely to you — we act as a data processor, not a controller. Usage data (logs, device info) is used solely to improve EasyGrox. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider; EasyGrox does not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and maintain the platform, process your subscription, send appointment reminders on your behalf to your clients, provide support, analyze usage to improve features, send product updates (you can opt out), and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data or your clients' data for advertising, third-party profiling, or any purpose not described in this policy.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your business data to any third party — ever. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements, with law enforcement when required by law, and with acquirers in a merger with advance notice. Your client database is never shared with other EasyGrox customers.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We use regular security audits, access controls and intrusion detection. Data is stored in India by default. We retain your data while your account is active; if you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access all data we hold, export your complete client database at any time from within the app, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and all data, object to certain processing, and receive your data in a portable format. 6. Cookies
EasyGrox uses cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences and analyze usage. We use strictly necessary cookies, preference cookies and analytics cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
7. Third-Party Services
EasyGrox integrates with third-party services for email delivery and payment processing. These process only the data necessary for their function under their own privacy policies. Your booking website is hosted on EasyGrox infrastructure; its analytics are collected solely for your dashboard — never shared with advertising networks.
8. Children's Privacy
EasyGrox is designed for business owners and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact [email protected] immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes are communicated via email to the account holder and an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
