Go to Marketing then Campaigns then Create. Write your message, select a client segment and send or schedule. EasyGrox tracks bookings generated within 72 hours of the campaign send.
What client segments can I target?+
Filter by last visit date, lifetime spend, visit frequency, service history, VIP status, birthday month or whether the client has an upcoming booking. Filters combine with AND logic.
How does birthday automation work?+
Set up once in Marketing then Automations. On each client birthday EasyGrox automatically sends a personalized message with your offer. Clients already booked are excluded automatically.
How much do marketing campaigns cost?+
Marketing campaigns are pay-as-you-go: you pay for the messages you send, based on your own budget. There is no bundled message quota.
Can clients opt out of marketing messages?+
Yes. Clients who click unsubscribe are automatically opted out of all future marketing sends. Transactional messages like booking confirmations are always sent regardless of opt-out status.
How do I measure if a campaign generated bookings?+
In Marketing then Campaigns select a campaign and view Analytics. You see messages sent, delivery rate, bookings generated within 72 hours and estimated revenue attributed to the campaign.
