Can staff access EasyGrox on their phones?–
Yes. Staff log in to easygrox.com in any mobile browser. They see their schedule, upcoming clients and personal performance metrics. No full app download needed.
What are the three access roles?+
Owner has full access to all data and settings. Front Desk can manage bookings, billing and clients but not owner financials. Staff see only their own schedule and personal performance.
How do staff performance reports work?+
Every service billed is attributed to the staff member who performed it. Monthly reports show revenue generated, appointments completed, utilization rate, client rating and retail sales per team member.
Can I track staff commission automatically?+
Yes. Configure commission rates per staff member as a percentage of service revenue or per service category. Commission calculations appear in their monthly performance report automatically.
How do leave requests work?+
Staff submit leave requests from their personal dashboard. You receive a notification and approve or decline. On approval, their calendar is blocked and existing bookings are flagged for reassignment.
Can I see who made changes in the system?+
Yes. EasyGrox maintains a full activity log. Every booking created, edited or deleted, every payment processed and every profile change is timestamped and attributed to the staff member who made it.
